Phenomenon 2011 FW Lookbook
A lot of people are hating on the 2011 Fall/Winter Collection by PHENOMENON, but I personally adore some of the pieces. This collection included a variety of colors, textures, and materials to create unique personas with each outfit.

This look is so fun! I like the individual pieces, especially the tartan vest.
